As TRIUMEXA AMBALAJ ULUSLARARASI İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“TRIUMEXA”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we explain in this notice how we process the personal data you share with us through our website and contact channels.

2. Personal data we process
The categories of data we process through the contact form on our website and our contact channels are:
- Identity
First name and last name.
- Contact
Email address, phone number, country and city.
- Request details
Company name, product group of interest, requested quantity, product code and the content of your message; information you share in email, phone or WhatsApp correspondence.
- Transaction security
Technical records that the hosting server may keep for the operation and security of the service when you visit the site (e.g. IP address, access time, browser information).
Please do not share personal data, or special categories of personal data, that are not needed for your request in the contact form or in correspondence.
3. Collection method and legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact form, send us an email, call us or write to us on WhatsApp; technical records are collected automatically when you visit the site.
This data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): evaluating your quotation and product requests.
- Compliance with our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç): responding to requests of competent authorities based on legislation.
- Our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f): answering your questions and keeping the site secure.
4. Purposes of processing
- Evaluating and responding to your quotation, product and catalogue requests.
- Contacting you about your request.
- Carrying out pre-contractual steps if your request turns into a business relationship.
- Ensuring the operation and information security of the website.
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests of competent authorities.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be transferred only to the extent necessary for the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK to:
- Suppliers we work with, such as the server hosting the site and our email service (only to provide the service).
- Competent public authorities when required by law.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted via the WhatsApp service and that service's own privacy terms apply. If the servers of our service providers are located abroad, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation. At the end of these periods it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may exercise the following rights by applying to TRIUMEXA:

- d)To request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurate.
- e)To request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK.
- f)To request that the operations under (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
04 / Objection and compensation
- g)To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems.
- ğ)To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
8. How to apply
You may send your application in writing, together with information verifying your identity and your request, to Akkent Mah., 134015 Nolu Cad., Günsev 2 Sitesi B Blok, No: 2 Bd, Şahinbey / Gaziantep / Türkiye, or send it to info@triumexa.com from an email address you have previously notified to us and that is registered in our system.
Your application must include your full name, your signature for written applications, your Turkish ID number (nationality and passport number for foreign nationals), your address for notifications, your email address and phone number if any, and the subject of your request.
